100 Push-ups

Back on the 100 pushups program. I had to reset to the middle of week
2. I've been lazy the last two weeks and have been skipping that and
FlowFit. I've still been stretching regularly at work though. I've
also been hiding from the small stability ball, but after the last
couple guard passes we learned, I can see that it would be a big help.

Have you tried P90X yet? My Bro-In-Law and I do it a couple times a week. I don't know if it's helping, but I look like I'm getting into somewhat better shape. Still, it can make BJJ rough depending on what we're doing that night.

I have two friends (a cyclist and swing dancer)that do P90X and love it. I can't imagine doing it on the same day as training though. Are you doing the diet portion too?
