Trust me. This comes and goes. The best thing is to do something.
I used to come to work early, do yoga before work and then cardio at lunch. Did that 4-5 times per week for a year. Then the yoga left me, and 6 months later the cardio got dead boring so I switched it to core training and stretches. Now the yoga is back (thank you african sun!).
As long as I'm doing something, it all rotates gently.

Maybe you no longer feel the need to since you get so much physical stimulation from BJJ itself?
Yeah...between that, and work being more intense, the drive has fallen off. I'd need new motivation to get started again.
