Why am I so tired????

OK...I know it's because this was my first day of working AND training in like, 2 weeks. And I know it's because I've been pushing myself harder. The funny part is that I just told WrestlerInstructor about my "episode" of low blood pressure induced hearing loss (from way back when I first started) one class ago and today, it happened again.

But yeah...I think the day is finally here. I got the feeling today, after a couple of conversations, that my blog has been discovered by people I actually see in person. If it has...hey guys! See ya Wednesday:)

I did a great job eating today! The return to protein shakes feels good. I learned that wheat germ in brown rice is actually really good, and that I can tolerate the absolutely obnoxious markup on Minute Rice's single serving containers. Sure, I can do it myself, but I get so fickle about what I can tolerate, I'd end up throwing away the difference in spoiled baggies of rice.

Yeah, I remember the awkward moment when I first realized some people from my gym had started reading my blog. I kind of didn't like it. Had to be more careful about what I said! lol

I think a few people may have found my blog, too. Maybe that's why they're being so nice... Anywho, they should drop a comment and say "Hi!" Don't you think?

@A.D. I TOTALLY remember reading that post and thinking "Man...I better watch what I say".

@Combats...I dunno...I read a lot of blogs myself and don't always comment....though if it's someone I know in person, I usually do. No big deal either way though.

How is your iron? Mine can get low around my .. uh, extra fun time of the month, and it makes me really tired.

Stephanie...you're brilliant. I tested slightly anemic last checkup. I need to get back on my multi. I have that same, regularly scheduled issue though.

Also, mind your Vitamin D and Magnesium. My last check-up I tested low on Vitamin D, which was zapping my energy.

I know what you guys mean - when your team starts reading your blog you really have to be careful not to identify anyone - it really is just a reflection of your experiences so there shouldn't be anyone getting upset. I think I'll try the VitD it could be the thing zapping my energy levels.
